Tito Ortiz Back in the UFC?!?

It is reported that Tito Ortiz may be back in the UFC and we might see him as early as THIS FALL!!! Talk about getting our attention this morning. Tito Ortiz, healthy and hungry, back in the UFC that is news, news, and more news!!

Quoted on TapouT Radio Tito Ortiz tells them...“I’m very thankful for Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta from the UFC and I’m glad that me and Dana (White) kind of got to brush each other off. We may not still like each other or whatever but we came to amends — which is awesome. I gotta thank Strikeforce for giving me an opportunity and I want to thank Affliction for giving me an opportunity.”

And..."that while he still won’t be exchanging Christmas cards with the UFC President, he and Dana White have patched things up after many years of back-and-forth squabbling. "

This could be an interesting deal if it is truly done by the Fertittas and it brings Tito back in the Octagon. mmamania.com throws out the potential of Rich "Ace" Franklin vs. Tito for UFC 103 since there still is an opening? I am not sure about that but WOW would I love that fight. I hope that Franklin beats down Tito and shows just how much he is a bit washed up for the UFC. Or it could be the start of an incredible come back by Tito who has been recovering and rehabbing from a massive back surgery. Only time will tell and ultimately will keep us all on the edge of our seats!!
